The item did not arrive as indicated on the order, I waited for another 6 days then contacted the seller through Ebay who promptly replied, offering a refund or replacement. The item is as described and well packed, I can not comment on the despatch time as the item arrived late (I am putting this down to Royal Mail as other letters I have been waiting for arrived late as well) however the sellers communication was good. Would recommend Thank you

Super fast delivery in under 48 hours . Highly recommend this seller product is as described well packaged. Royal Mail even contacted me via email to tell me it was getting delivered today & it arrived bang on time

Very responsive, good communication, good price. There was initially a problem with the item delivered not be exactly as described (21mm spanner delivered rather than 22mm as ordered). However this was addressed straight away. Would happily use this seller again

Item itself was as described, arrived quickly, however it was badly packaged, the hex keys were all loose in the packaging, which got damaged and one went missing but great communication from seller, great customer service to boot. Shame how the item was packaged but would still buy from again.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AWESOME SELLER. The item was broken in the post. I contacted the seller along with photographs to prove the glass oil burner was smashed. Without any hesitation, without any argument, the seller sent a second replacement item, it had 24 hour post so I have the item for a birthday tomorrow. The seller was faultless. This seller is absolutely perfect. I have absolutely nothing but praise for them. I would like to say a massive, thank you. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
