The description stated free ribbon would be sent with the order. I received the wrapping paper and contacted the seller immediately. 2 weeks later and still nothing has been rectified

Although item wasn't received straight away I emailed the seller and they rectified the problem straight away and I received the item shortly after. Customer Service was 100% +..would definitely buy from again many thanks sweetie j xxx

Flower heads are very pretty just be careful when ordering as I thought I was ordering 3x 100 buy 2 get 1 free =300 I received 140 flowers .Contacted the seller and apparently I had ordered 3x50 =150 the wording on the advertisement is very misleading.I contacted the seller 3 times for them to contact me at 5 am .Just double check what you think you are ordering before you put your order through and pay for it .

The wrong item was sent but seller agreed a refund. But they were unable to supply the item I ordered even though it was listed, so a bit disappointed. I decided to keep what they sent in the end as I didn’t have another option

Item as listed however it arrived in same package as 2 other items I ordered from ‘different named sellers, I ordered white from this seller but they didn’t have my 2 other colours in stock apparently, so I purchased these other colours elsewhere this meant I was unable to take advantage of the multi buy discount I would of had with the same seller. So imagine my surprise when all 3 packs from 3 different eBay shops arrive together in the same box. Pics attached to show diff shop names

I purchased a balloon tree from this seller, as soon as I put the order in ...I realized that I put the wrong address, so I contacted the seller straight away to update the new address, they didn't reply,tried again not log after...no reply , I saw that the item has been despatched a couple of hours after , so I emailed them ..still no reply until I got eBay involved, then he said he had technical problems, ...but they got my order and despatched it ! I would not buy from this seller , 0 stars!!
