The vender was helpful with some technical issues I had with the product and responded to my messages in a professional & timely fashion, additionally the product was as described. My sole complaint is that the 'ships from' location provided was Inglewood California USA, when in actuality the product was shipped from China. Overall I would highly recommend the vender with the sole caveat that the ships from location should be taken with a grain of salt.

Fast Shipping. Item received was defective out of the box. Hence I opened a REQUEST for return of the item. Seller went all-out to help resolve the issue. The item had a very minor dry soldering spot on the PCB which was rectified by one of my electronic hobbyist friend. Now the item works good. Thus, I decided to keep the item. IMO, the seller (becoody) is a good seller and is willing to go that extra mile to help resolve an issue.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a watch by accident and tried canceling the order within seconds of placing the order and they would not let me cancel the order because they said they already shipped it in those 2 seconds apparently that was on Dec. 5th. I waited and waited for them to respond because they would not supply me with a tracking number it still showed that it had not shipped. The customer service is terrible. I had to finally get EBay involved to help me get the watch and it’s the 28th.

1. DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS NOT 6S AND THEY LIE... ALOT/ they are in China not cali
2. THEY SENT ME A BROKEN ONE
3.IT TOOK 2 MONTHS FOR THEM TO REFUND ME
4. I messaged them nearly ever day for that 2 months for a tracking and every time and i mean every time they said they will ship in the next 24hrs BIG LIE.
5. they sell faulty products and hope that you will give up because they have no intension of replacing it.
DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM
