2. Order Processing
2.1 All orders that you place on this store will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions

2.3 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
2.4 We do not file details of your order from you to subsequently access direct on our website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.

3.1 This store is for delivery of products to customers all over the world, however we do not provide our service with certain countries where we do not track products.
3.2 We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Yamatoku Classic shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
3.4 We will deliver items from Japan with a tracking number immediately once we confirm payment on PayPal. A tracking number can be checked
3.5 Each country has different shipment rules and you shall check shipment rules at the Post Office.
3.6 If you have not received your items, you shall let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.
Once we know you have not received your item, we shall investigate the matter fully both internal and with our carries.
Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-identified deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days.

3.7 In BIN listing, you can choose shipping options and Expedited Shipping may charge you of additional cost.
In other listings, you shall make a payment based on an invoice of items with shipping fee.
3.8 We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gift" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
3.9 We do not combine the paid items as long as the items are from the same listing style.
4.1 We take payment with only U.S. dollars from your PayPal account at the time we receive your order once we have checked your PayPal details.
In the event where we are unable to supply the goods, we shall inform you of this as soon as possible.

4.2 To ensure that your PayPal account is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.

You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected.
All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Act of the Personal Information Protection.
4.3 Title to any products you order on this store shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products and not in query with PayPal.
If a query or dispute has been raised by any party, the item will be recalled until this has been completed and remains the property of Yamatoku Classic until it is cleared.
4.4 All prices are shown in $s dollars and delivery charges, our handling fee and packing material's fee are included unless expressly stated.
4.5 We manage our customers by eBay buyer ID and we do not combine items with different eBay buyer IDs due to our security rules.
4.6 If you purchase an item by BIN system in Yamatoku Classic, you shall pay for the item at the same time you proceed to purchase.
4.7 In a case that you purchase items from different listing style (BIN. Auction), you shall make a payment based on an invoice.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 We offer a 30-days money back guarantee in line with eBay T&C, please refer to Returns and refunds.
Some products may be excluded from the Guarantee such as Software and licensed products.
In the unlikely event where you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Return section.
5.2 We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from our store. However, there may be the event that you would like to return your purchases.
We shall allow returns that are processed within 30 days after you receive items.
Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the seller. You shall inform of return before you ship items to us.
To proceed with return due to defective, your request requires photos or videos to confirm problems.
5.3 We shall accept a request of cancellations before you pay for items.
6. Our Products
6.1 Our products are second hand and may have sun-faded and discolored areas.
6.2 All accessories and all the Disk System (Nintendo) - related products are not tested.
6.3 Li-ion Battery will not be included for all items due to airline restriction.
6.4 Japanese version means sold in Japan.
