What a diligent and meticulous seller! Had to contact him for some paperwork and, not only he responded instantly to my request, but offered his willingness to help if anything else was needed. Got the item today, it was very carefully packaged and was exactly as described. Will definitely consider buying from him again.

Model arrived and somehow one of the front wheels had become detached. The model was very well packaged. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately to apologies for the inconvenience and forwarded a return label. I cannot fault their response and am very happy to deal with them again in the future.

I had a trouble with the "misinterpretation" (not to say a bad word) of the Customs auditor on the arrival of the item, but the seller promptly offered a solution to solve the issue. The parcel took two months to be delivered to me, but it was not a seller's fault, as the item had already arrived in the Country only 3 days after being shipped. But, as I've said, it was due a "bottleneck" on the Brazilian Customs side. I strongly recommend to do business with them (R.M. Toys Ltd.).

I received the package on Tuesday the fifth (not a problem!) and checked it out - everything was fine. In fact, the seller included the loose locking tab for one of the end flaps of the box, which I did not expect to receive! Thank you, RM toys! I have bought from this seller before, and I will buy from them again.

I will definitely recommend this vendor. Everything they described on the website/posting was identical to what was received. They are easy to work with their packaging was beyond amazing and super professional. Their delivery of this package was not only on time but ahead of time, sent to me professionally and quickly. Everything was identical to what I was looking for and what I wanted.PS: I hate competition but if you care I would buy from this shop their items they have is worth the money

This is a beautiful looking, highly detailed model. The seller was participating in a 20% discount offer, which meant they were offering it for sale at a bargain price. Fast dispatch and rapid delivery meant the model was received only three days after purchase, which is superb service. The model was well packaged, with plenty of padding and arrived undamaged. This is a top seller, from whom I've made a number of purchases and they always provide a five star service. Highly recommended.
