How long does delivery take?

 

Most of our orders are shipped within 1 working days from the date of a payment and delivered by either Royal Mail or a courier company within 5 or 3 working days therefore the delivery can take longer.

 

Where do you ship to?

 

We ship worldwide. If a shipping price to your country isn’t specified in the auction details, please do not hesitate to  contact us for a quote and we will be more than happy to assist.

 

 

 

What happens if I'm out when the courier tries to deliver?

 

If you happen to be out when the Royal Mail or courier attempt delivery, they will attempt to place the parcel in a secure location, however if this is not possible, they will leave you a card letting you know that they have attempted delivery. On the card will be details on how to contact the Royal Mail or courier and instructions on how to re-arrange a parcel to an alternative address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel or details where it can be collected from.

How do I pay?

 

At present we only accept payment via PayPal. This ensures the security of your transaction(s). PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for all your online purchases. If you are unsure on how to use PayPal or if you are experiencing problems with your account, you can contact PayPal's Customer Support. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and go to the help section, click here to read the PayPal Help Section.

 

E- Cheque: PayPal also offers the opportunity to pay by E-Cheque. Please note this method of payment can take up to 14 days to clear. We will not post your item until payment has cleared. For this reason we would suggest you use the normal PayPal method if at all possible.

 

 

 

 

Can I pay by Credit/Debit card over the telephone?

 

We only accept payment via PayPal, we are unable to process payments by Credit/Debit cards over the telephone.

 

 

 

 

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

 

Yes. You will receive a "Winning Bidder" email giving details of your order and you will also receive a "Payment Cleared" email indicating full payment has reached us for your order. Please keep this information safe for your own reference. Please note: our confirmation of your order ONLY takes place when we dispatch the good(s) to you. If order was shipped by international courier You will receive confirmation with tracking number.

 

 

 

 

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

 

In the rare event that an item reaches you damaged, please contact us within the timeframe as per our returns/options to cancel policy and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or if not possible, full refund will be offered.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

 

All you have to do is contact us by either dropping us email on ules@ules.pl or via eBay(contact seller). We will then be able to offer you the options of an exchange (depending on stock availability) or a full refund with our sincerest apologies.

 

 

 

 

What happens if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

 

At the time of listing all our items listed are in stock and available. Unfortunately in rare instances, we may not be able to fulfill an order. This may occur at extremely busy periods when many customers are buying the same products. In the rare instant that this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the issue. We will offer you a suitable alternative in the first instance; if these are not to your liking we can then offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies.
