My package showed up with a tear in the box. The water pump box and gasket were there, but the actual pump was not. This is completely a carrier problem being rough with packages not the seller. I reached out to Mizumo about this and the customer service is fantastic! They sent out a new pump the following business day. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend Mizumo for any of your automotive needs!

Very happy with my experience with this seller. I purchased an item from them and ended up not needing it. I messaged the seller they responded promptly and issued me a shipping label and after they received the item they refund without questions or hesitation.

Was not told head studs would come in a separate shipped package.. as I am still waiting for head studs to be able to put car back together..I had contacted seller and said they would provide a tracking number for head studs but still have not gotten any reply..package of gaskets is great and arrived a day early

Fast shipping, item as described, but packaging wasn't the best, luckily nothing seems damaged just the piston ring box got crushed due to both boxes loose in a larger box with no sort of padding

Arrived on 4th day. UPS reasonable shipping package had no damage I’ve used the seller b4 I’d recommend to friends or family. Communication was A1 and here are some photos now time to get project running
