Item was as described by seller only one link was broken. The seller was more than fair offering to fix it & sending a delivery label to send it back. I was sick & didn’t get a chance to send it back in a timely manner. So because the seller was more than happy to help me I just went ahead & bought another one from the seller & am waiting for its arrival.

Having never purchased an expensive piece of jewelry from NuraGold on Ebay before I was skeptical. Once I learned they send it to a third party authenticator(that Ebay pays for) to verify it is true to the listing I was impressed. It arrived carefully packaged to avoid being damaged in shipping. Lastly, the rope chain that I ordered from NuraGold was the perfect weight and diameter that they claimed when I purchased it. Very nice piece of jewelry and very satisfied with it.

This is a beautiful chain. I had to exchange it at no fault of the seller, I just decided I wanted a heavier weight chain. I would deal with this seller again in a heartbeat! They answered texts very promptly and cheerfully refunded the price of the original chain. My refund came in about 3 days and my new purchase came the day after that! Talk about prompt! Excellent costumer service.

This is an absolutely beautiful chain. Loved the fact that it was just slightly over a gram per inch. Beautifully packaged as well. A million thanks to an incredible seller. This seller went above and beyond to help me when I was having difficulty with my phone during the ordering process. I can't say enough about this seller. Honest and truthful. There were no surprises with this purchase. Exactly as stated. This chain is so much better in person. Extremely happy with this purchase.
