Shelves are perfect and come with screw hole stickers to cover. As described. The wrong product was sent initially but seller dealt with it and sent out the correct item very quickly. Along with a returns label for incorrect product. Quick delivery and great communication.

The item looked nothing like the product sent and was broken when delivered as you ca see by photos. What was really annoying was it was a product bought from B&M for £12 and sold on Ebay for over £21.i feel deceived.it took 3 days for a reply regarding a refund.I did get a full refund once they replied.

I love these lights which were bought to replace a similar set where the solar panel had ‘died’ through years of use. Sold at a reasonable price and delivered very quickly with good communication from the seller. A minor issue with the lights was rectified quickly and without fuss. Happy to recommend this seller, eBay as it should be 5*!

Slight delay in tracking updating (think that was an evri issue though) sent a message to the seller and they communicated with me throughout, received the order today and the shelves are perfect, thank you! Really happy!

There was a problem with my item it got damaged whilst in transit, so through no fault of the seller. I explained what had happened and was not expecting anything in return, and bought another one off the same seller as these fairy solar power lights are truly beautiful 😍 but never the less I was given a refund rapidly and the seller was very apologetic kind and considerate to my situation so I would highly recommend this seller an absolute asset to e bay and will purchase again thank you

Excellent previous experience (same item, same seller), so purchased another one. Again, item arrived very promptly and very well packaged. Assembly was straightforward. However, this time, compartments were not such a good fit for the ladder. Front of bottom compartment fell off and wood split. Gorilla glue came to the rescue. Really could have done without the issues but, otherwise, very happy with the service and the item. The item is very useful and looks great!
