Item was as described.only let down was royal mail. 3 days they said was going to deliver even had emails to say being delivered 12/13/14 ok came on the 14th now can rearrange to get fitted now.apart from that the seller was great the price was right.many thanks to car spares direct. Will do business again thank you.

Purchased a heater blower resistor and looks/fits exactly like OEM part. Packe, dispatched & delivered on next day delivery which is better than the 48hrs advertised, thank you. Communication was superb with tracking too. Highly recommended & would use again.

CarSpares Direct is a generous + very trustable firm. They very kindly gave me a full refund with NO Problem + they knew they could charge me Postage and Packing but they very , very generously paid the post and packing for me ! Thank you to all Car Spares Direct staff + good , generous management. Unfortunately, Fiat made my specification wrong because the car is actually a 2013 ? sold as a 2016, so I had to return the part. 5 STARS - FOR THIS TOP FIRM ! I MUST REMEMBER YOU NEXT TI

I have been had over by carsparesdirect! Nearly £200 out of pocket. They sent me the wrong window regulator and the garage I took my car to couldn't fit it. Its not as per their listing as demonstrated to them with pictures sent. They has declined a refund or exchange cause its been a few wks since it was ordered to actually getting the car in at the garage. Avoid this company! Shocking customer service!

Nemo wiper linkage/motor as described fitted with no problems, dread to think how much one would be from Citroen. Very fast delivery only spoilt by courier ignoring my home delivery address instead leaving it at local 'pick up' point. Messaged seller who are passing this information on to courier to avoid this happening again.
